CHALLENGE
Despite an impressive roster of enterprise clients, Zutek’s brand presence was lagging and lacked a visual "wow" factor to draw customer attention. Their initial branding and HubSpot website had been hastily assembled by operations, resulting in poor content organization and a chaotic user interface. Furthermore, they lacked an accessible repository for visual assets and needed a cohesive foundation to effectively showcase their nationwide capabilities in high-stakes sales presentations.
RESULTS
By bringing Zutek's marketing collateral "above average and simplified," we successfully organized their chaotic asset library into Frontify and seamlessly integrated it with HubSpot for full analytics tracking. This foundational work empowered Zutek to clearly communicate their impressive capabilities, giving them the premium collateral needed to showcase massive operational successes—such as deploying 25,080 displays across 6,500 Burger King locations in just 16 weeks, and executing a complex 600-site digital refresh for Del Taco.
Zutek is a leading lifecycle services company with over 25 years of experience, specializing in the end-to-end deployment, installation, and ongoing maintenance of digital signage, POS systems, and experiential technologies for major retail, restaurant, and stadium brands.

BRANDING
We initiated a high-level rebrand to set a solid foundation for all future content creation and market positioning. This involved establishing a modern visual identity with a fresh primary and secondary color palette (featuring specific blues, greens, purples, and teals) and a dynamic new typography system utilizing Raleway and Sofia Pro. We redesigned their logo, created versatile vector icons, and formalized a digital style guide.
We deconstructed their entire existing Dropbox folder to assess all company assets and build a strategic marketing roadmap. This led to the development of a comprehensive content marketing calendar and a structured social media strategy designed to amplify their reach. We also built out the core messaging framework for "ZutekOne," a streamlined service network offering clients "one number to call" and one local contact.

Our design team revamped their physical and digital touchpoints to ensure a unified brand presence across all channels. We designed modern business cards, created promotional SWAG for giveaways, and standardized internal document templates. To ensure long-term brand consistency, we leveraged Frontify to organize all newly designed brand assets, giving the Zutek team seamless front-line access to their visual language.

To empower their business development managers, we mapped out a robust sales strategy complete with newly tailored communication materials. We completely refreshed their HubSpot setup to ensure all marketing, CRM, and sales touchpoints tracked seamlessly, captured accurate client messaging analytics, and reflected the updated fonts and branding. We built a dynamic, three-section pitch deck template tailored for overall company overviews, specific tailored projects, and focused pitches based on exact client needs. This enabled their sales team to present high-profile deployments and 3D CAD digital renderings with a polished, professional aesthetic.

We completely reworked the website's user interface and the hierarchy of material to optimize the user journey. By establishing clear foundational copy—including a new tagline, an engaging "about us" section, and robust service overviews—we transformed their site from a basic operational placeholder into a strategic, content-rich digital experience.

We established new content creation methods by conducting on-site photography shoots to capture high-quality, real-world examples of Zutek's installations. A prime example was shooting the digital signage at the Brightline station food court, turning abstract technical capabilities into compelling visual proof for their website and Frontify library.
