VERTICAL INTEGRATION CASE STUDY

We guided Frey Farms from a commodity farming business into branded CPG with the reinvention of Tsamma. We reimagined the brand, expanded the portfolio into higher-margin aguas frescas, and launched fresh-pour beverage programs across multiple national chain accounts. Beyond branding, we helped unlock a vertically integrated model with supporting QSR tests, national beverage programs, and secondary ingredient supply. These changes maximized total product utilization from farm to finished goods, and moved Frey Farms materially up the value chain.
