CHALLENGE
For years, the logistics of distributing golf tournament "tee-prizes" was a nightmare burdened by pen-and-paper order sheets, mailed catalogs, and tedious back-and-forth phone calls. Instead of managing inventory in their car trunks, sales reps now curate a specific merchandise wishlist and submit all event details—such as in-hand dates and club logos—through a centralized Ajnci-designed online portal. This seamlessly bridges the gap between the sales pitch and digital execution, providing a polished digital catalog for the club pro to review. We engineered dynamic, password-protected microsites that are built rapidly within 3 to 4 days for each specific event (e.g., johnnie-o.pro/Brookside_CC). These intuitive portals allow players to log in and browse available apparel options using highly customized ordering structures—such as allotted point systems, package selections, or direct pricing—ensuring they get exactly the item, color, and size they want. To support the accompanying visuals, imagine a clean, user-friendly mobile interface where a golfer easily selects a "Birdie Gulf Blue" polo for 4 points and drops it right into their cart.
We transformed the transaction into a powerful marketing engine by ensuring the platform captured vital user information at checkout—including name, phone, email, and shipping address.
