Founded by David Alexander, the 10,000+ sq. ft. facility caters to professional athletes, executives, and elite fitness enthusiasts. Eschewing traditional gym memberships, DBC operates as a cutting-edge sports performance and recovery center, incorporating fundamental principles of human biomechanics to provide highly customized, data-driven personal training and physical therapy.

To ensure total visual alignment, Ajnci initiated the project with a thorough brand and digital audit. We designed a comprehensive brand guide that functioned as the definitive visual "source of truth," standardizing all logos, font libraries, color palettes, and custom facility textures (such as their signature turf floors and black wall aesthetics). These premium assets were compiled into a centralized, searchable Frontify digital library to guarantee seamless internal use for all future initiatives.

We developed a robust direct-to-consumer communication pipeline by establishing an integrated email and SMS marketing system using Mailchimp. By bypassing unpredictable social algorithms, Ajnci pushed targeted information—such as early access to highly sought-after certification courses and seminars—straight to subscribers, utilizing clear calls-to-action to immediately drive ticket sales, client retention, and direct revenue. We established an overarching creative "event pipeline" to standardize how DBC introduces new offerings to the world. For major events like their Level 1-3 certification courses, Ajnci mapped out and managed the full promotional lifecycle: redesigning presentation decks, coordinating ticket sales, executing tiered email promotions, and implementing post-course loyalty reinforcement systems to maximize attendee retention and capture critical testimonials.

Ajnci completely overhauled DBC’s digital hub by migrating them from an outdated WordPress setup to a modern, lightning-fast Squarespace/Shopify platform. This user-friendly redesign centralized the entire DBC ecosystem, creating dedicated microsites for their educational certification courses, integrating trainer profiles, and launching a connected digital storefront to communicate every brand benefit within a single cohesive environment.

We unified and polished DBC's presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, and Google, establishing a consistent brand aesthetic. Expanding the brand's revenue potential, Ajnci conceptualized, designed, and launched a custom print-on-demand e-commerce store via Printful, featuring over 100 distinct branded items.
