In their early days, The File Group consisted of just Brandon and Janelle. To solve the team's organizational challenges as they expanded, we completely customized a "My File Group Brand Portal" from scratch. This portal acted as the ultimate source of truth, integrating an embedded Monday.com dashboard to seamlessly track listings, property showings, and marketing rollout timelines. It made onboarding new agents effortless and housed all their lifestyle photos and marketing assets, establishing a rock-solid operational foundation for their future growth into a dozen-agent team.

To ensure Janelle and Brandon could win the most competitive listings, we created over 50 individual, customized pitch decks using Adobe Express. Before a pitch, we would scrub the potential property's Compass profile, beautifully retouch the photos, and combine them with The File Group's resume and local expertise. This highly customized, first-of-its-kind presentation process proved wildly successful at securing new business. We also orchestrated direct mail campaigns reaching over 900 recipients, secured premium press placements in the Orange County Business Journal, and facilitated exclusive broker preview events.

These visually rich portals provided an immersive browsing experience, using high-resolution galleries and seamless navigation to showcase off-market opportunities and neighborhood profiles.

Led by a dedicated social strategy, we engaged qualified audiences daily through highly targeted campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. By pairing our strong lifestyle visuals and property photography with editorial-style copy, we built a digital community that consistently drove tangible feedback. Our data-driven digital campaigns yielded highly impressive engagement metrics right out of the gate, with early property spotlights generating a Reach of 9,044, 2,777 Engagements, and 523 Likes.

We directed lifestyle photo shoots of Janelle and Brandon in Corona del Mar to entrench their image as local neighborhood experts. For the properties, we utilized premium still photography to highlight architectural details, cinematic property films to elicit emotional connections, and cutting-edge 3D visualization technology to showcase multi-million-dollar listings in their absolute finest light.

We designed a meticulous style guide to give The File Group a recognizable, premium visual identity. We anchored the brand in a sophisticated coastal color palette featuring Sky Blue (#1389D8), Deep Ocean (#26416A), and Marine Gray, paired elegantly with the Compass Sans Bold typeface. This unified design language was heavily applied to everything from sleek physical "For Sale" signage and business cards to custom promotional swag, apparel, and high-visibility billboards at the John Wayne Orange County Airport.
